Need An Answer?

We will send our Santa Scoop email with Packet Pickup and Race Day information 1-2 weeks prior to the race. We will also post the times and locations on the city's web page and Facebook page. 

Typically, Packet Pickup is the day before the race from 1-7 PM (hours may vary based on location). 

All you'll need to bring is your ticket confirmation email, either printed out or shown on your mobile device. 

If you can't make it to Packet Pickup, that’s fine. You can still pick up your packet the day of the event!
Yes! You can send a friend with your signed Packet Pickup Permission Slip and/or your ticket confirmation to pick up your packet for you.  

The Packet Pickup Permission Slip can be found at the end of the Santa Scoop that we will send via email 1-2 weeks prior to the race. You can also find the Packet Pickup Permission Slip on your race page. 
For those who purchased a Regular Registration, you will get a race T-shirt, Santa hat, beard and bib. 

VIP Race Packets include everything in a Regular Registration packet PLUS a beanie and winter gloves!
There will also be plenty of Santa swag for sale at the race including tutus, antlers, scarves, smart gloves, beanies,  jingle bells, and more!
Absolutely! We don't have a spectator's fee, so your friends and family can cheer you on and take pictures while you're running the 5K. After you cross the finish line, they can join you in all the fun at the Holiday Bash with Santa Claus!
We will occasionally have professional and volunteer photographers at our events. Directions on how to get your pictures will be posted on our Facebook event page when available.

Often times, the photographers at our events come from local schools, newspapers, etc. In those cases, we regret that we typically do not have access to those photos.
Each course varies between 1 mile and a full 5K. 
There's no age limit at the Santa Claus Run! Our events are family friendly, and children of any age can participate!

Prices are the same for ages 4+. Children 3 and under may participate in the race free of charge after having a parent or guardian sign the participant waiver.
Yes, you can! We just ask that anyone running with strollers start in the back of the race for safety reasons.
Absolutely! You can walk, run, crawl, skip,  or dance your way to the finish. This race is about getting you outdoors and active while having the time of your life! 

But there isn't any rule against keeping your own time!
Nope, sorry. Our races are pet free. We love our furry friends, but they have to stay at home. It's just to ensure everyone's safety!
We would love for you to volunteer for our race! You can see all of our volunteer shifts and descriptions at If you are signing up a group to volunteer, do not use the comment box to tell us how many people are in your group. Each member's information must be entered separately to be assigned to a volunteer shift. If you have questions about volunteering or registering a group, email us at
Click the button for the ticket you'd like to purchase (Regular or VIP). You will be redirected to a race registration form. Enter your Groupon code in the promo code box and click "apply." Make sure that your code was successfully applied before purchasing your race ticket. 

If your code doesn't apply correctly, contact us before purchasing your ticket, and we will assist you with your registration. 
First, you'll want to check out our locations page. When you see your city, give it a nice click! You'll have two options that say "Register Now." You can pick our Regular Registration or our VIP Registration! 

When you click the ticket that you want, you'll be redirected to a form where you'll fill out all of your information. Once you submit your information, you're in! 

A confirmation email will be sent shortly after. If you did not receive your confirmation email, check your spam folder. If it's not there either, email us at We'll be happy to assist you!
Can't make the race? Are you crazy? It's way too much fun too miss out on!

Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds.  When you sign up you agree to our NO REFUND policy.  The planning and logistics required for putting on the event make it impossible.  Location and date are subject to change.  We do our best to keep the original date and location; however, some venues may cancel our city permits, and regulations may make it necessary to change the original date and location.  If you can't make it on Race Day, feel free to come to Packet Pickup to get your race packet and say hi!  For a small fee, we can also ship you your race packet.  Email us at if you would like your packet shipped to you.
Yes, you may transfer your ticket to another event or another person.  In order to transfer your tickets, email us at letting us know your name, email address, phone number, and the event you signed up for.  Also, please include the full name, email address, and phone number of the person you're transferring your ticket to. We'll take care of the rest.
Typically, the earlier you register for the race, the more you will save! Visit our locations page for current pricing in your city.

Our Top Team is the team with the most registered participants in every city. The Top Team gets additional benefits leading up to race day and at the event, including: recognition on social media, announcements at the race, a Top Team tent to warm up under, and more!

The Top Team must have a minimum of 15 participants on the team, and only one Top Team will be chosen at every race.
